Everything you need in one class. I offer cardiovascular fitness, strength training, flexibility and mobility. All workouts can be performed without equipment - there is something new every day, including mind/body fitness such as modified Tai Chi and modified Yoga. Call for details!

Leading you through 30 minutes of exercise each day to help you on your journey! I teach "traditional" exercise in a non-traditional way! 

I currently accept Silver Sneakers, Peer Fit, and Healthy Contributions wellness plans, and am happy to offer classes on a sliding scale!
