Give yourself a pat on the back for showing up another day (or even if this is your first day, I love it!) Today is stretch and relax day. After a light cardio warm up, we stretch the body, holding poses for 40 seconds. We will soon be incorporating modified Yoga into this routine and class times may be bumped up to 45 minutes as well! Be on the lookout!
