WOOHOO! Thursday is core day! One area is chosen to work on such as hips, abs/back, etc. While we typically use bodyweight for these exercises, you may choose to add weights or bands to the routine if you'd like! Grab your mat or yoga blanket and let's get started!

*Note: We do floor workouts, however all workouts can be modified for chair as well!
