TUESDAY

Tuesday is Tai Chi day. In this class we work on breath as well as mind, body, soul. The moves come from the Yang and Sun styles of Tai Chi, meaning they are slow and gentle, appropriate for all levels. 

*This is the only class which the total time is 45 minutes.
