Wednesday is strength training day! Even though we do strength in some form each day, Wednesday is for using whatever you have available to you. Whether it be dumbbells, bands, kettle bells, bottles of water, or cans of veggies! If you have it you can use it! Alternatively you are always welcome to use your body weight for an awesome and effective workout!
